iOS – Unable to access “Find a Property” Menu on iPhone, iPad

If your application is “stalling out” (not taking you to the “Find a Property” menu when you select the “Find a Property” button), you may need to re-set the Location Services on your device.  Follow the steps below:

  1. From the Multi-tasking tool, close the application:
    1. Double-click the Home button to load recently used apps
    2. Select the application by tapping and holding on the application until the red minus appears.
    3. Tap the red minus to quit the application.
    4. Press the Home button to return to recently used apps. Then press the Home button again return to the Home screen
  2. From the home screen, go to Settings
    1. Select Privacy
    2. Select Location Services
    3. Toggle the Location Services for your device “off” then back “on”  (If Location Services is “off” initially, simply turn it “on”)
    4. Toggle the Location Services for the application “off” then back “on”  (If Location Services is “off” initially, simply turn it “on”)
  3. Re-open application, and attempt to access the “Find a Property” screen
