TO FEED us physically and spiritually.
A home cooked Chiappan dinner.
A discussion about PCUSA mission on the U.S. Mexico border and to share about Just Coffee, and the coffee house ministry of Cafe y Mas.
Mark and Miriam are mission co-workers of the PCUSA at Frontera de Cristo (FDC), one of six Presbyterian Border Region Outreach sites on the U.S./Mexico border.
Miriam was raised in Chiapas, MX and now lives on the border. She works with the people of Mexico to develop sustainable ways to grow food and improve nutrition.
Mark is co-director of FDC and an articulate evangelist for the work on the border and its meaning in our lives as God’s people. He is very active in the southwest seeking to bring people of both nations together to find common solutions to border region concerns. He has been featured in articles of many publications, most recently in the Smithsonian September 2017.
Join us to hear God’s good news from the border as we share a meal together.
